Speck Plastics offers customers complete part design & engineering
services. All customers are welcome to participate in this process.
Even if you already have a set design in place, we encourage reviewing
it with us before starting production. In many cases, we may
be able to suggest modifications save money, reduce time, or improve
quality!
We understand your equipment is constantly evolving and, therefore,
may require new or revised parts. Your Speck Plastics Design Team
will work with you to make changes to existing parts or to design
completely new parts hassle-free! Once design is complete,
we will send you detailed design spec for your approval.
Certified Designers and Engineers
The
Speck Design Team experts are knowledgeable in UL, FDA
and NSF requirements. Whenever necessary, we will assign an
expert to your project to ensure the part is designed appropriately
and meets all requirements.
Prototypes and Short Runs
The relatively low cost of temporary tools makes thermoforming a
feasible option for short runs and prototype production. This
serves as an enormous benefit during the development phase of an
untried part.
We even can go a step further. Temporary tools are the ideal
and most cost-effective solution for customers that may choose to
alter designs once a few prototypes are made.
Our Product Description Questionnaire
Describe the part you need, identify your market needs, and anticipate
timing as best you can. Our Product Description Questionnaire will
help assure you don’t miss important points, which, if overlooked,
could cost money or time. |
